Account Deletion

We respect your ownership and control over your data. Under our privacy commitment and Google Play Developer rules, you can request the deletion of your ListAnvil account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (In-App)
The fastest way to delete your account and all associated records is directly from your account settings inside the platform. This process is automated and immediate:
- Log into the ListAnvil Foundry dashboard at listanvil.com/login.
- Navigate to Settings using the sidebar.
- Under the Account tab, scroll down to the danger zone.
- Click Delete Account and confirm the action.
Note: This action is instantaneous and permanently purges your profile, connected marketplace sync tokens, and active database cache records.
Option 2: Manual Deletion Request (Web/Email)
If you can no longer access your account or prefer to submit a manual deletion request, you can contact our privacy support team. We will verify your identity and process the request manually.
Alternatively, you can email us directly at support@listanvil.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please ensure you write to us from the email address associated with the account.
What Data is Deleted?
When you delete your account or when a manual deletion request is processed:
- Account Profile & Access: Your name, login email, and secure authentication records are completely deleted.
- Marketplace Connections: All API authentication tokens linked to your shops (such as eBay) are instantly revoked and deleted.
- Inventory Cache: All listings data mapped inside our Universal Schema are permanently wiped.
- Uploaded Media: Product images and recorded videos stored in our cloud buckets are deleted within 14 days of account termination.
