ListAnvil is a stable, server-side foundry built for high-volume reselling — near-instant synchronization and dependable data integrity. It replaces fragile, browser-based extensions with a resilient Extract → Forge → Relay pipeline that runs on our servers, not in your tabs.
Our mission
Reselling at scale is bottlenecked by outdated inventory software, slow sync times, and error-prone browser scrapers. Our mission is to move sellers from manual cross-posting to a unified, automated inventory OS. We believe in robust data integrity, preventing double-sales, and automating search optimization so merchants can focus on sourcing and growth.
Core architecture
ListAnvil is built on three pillars:
- 01The Universal Schema. Every listing is ingested, cleaned, and mapped to a single normalized format, so we can bridge the data differences across the “Big Six” marketplaces — eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, and Shopify.
- 02The Forge. An AI-driven optimization layer that refines descriptions, removes backgrounds, resizes images to each marketplace’s aspect ratio, and maximizes keywords for cross-channel search.
- 03The Strike. Our server-side sync engine. When an item sells on one platform, ListAnvil detects the sale and delists the item from your other channels in under 60 seconds.
eBay integration & compliance
ListAnvil is an approved member of the eBay Developers Program. We integrate directly with the eBay REST APIs to enable seamless active listing synchronization, transaction tracking, and inventory updates. We strictly adhere to eBay’s developer terms, API license agreements, and data safety compliance mandates. All user data retrieved from eBay is encrypted at rest, kept private, and purged automatically upon account closure or integration disconnection.
