Our Mission

Reselling at scale is currently bottlenecked by outdated inventory software, slow sync times, and error-prone browser scrapers. Our mission is to move sellers from manual cross-posting to a unified, automated Inventory OS. We believe in providing robust data integrity, preventing double-sales, and automating search engine optimization (SEO) so merchants can focus on sourcing and growth.

Core Architecture

ListAnvil is built on three fundamental pillars:

• The Universal Schema: All product listings are ingested, cleaned, and mapped to a singular normalized format. This lets us bridge data differences across the "Big Seven" marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Shopify, and Minted).
• The Forge: An AI-driven optimization layer that refines description markup, removes backgrounds, resizes image aspects, and maximizes keywords for cross-channel SEO.
• The Strike: Our server-side synchronization engine. When an item sells on one platform (such as eBay), ListAnvil detects the transaction and automatically delists the corresponding product from other linked channels in under 60 seconds.

eBay Integration & Compliance

ListAnvil is an approved member of the eBay Developers Program. We integrate directly with the eBay REST APIs to enable seamless active listing synchronization, transaction tracking, and inventory updates. We strictly adhere to eBay's developer terms, API license agreements, and data safety compliance mandates. All user data retrieved from eBay is encrypted at rest, kept private, and purged automatically upon account closure or integration disconnection.
